This service is available to businesses for any type of call service offered on a Non Geographic Number basis i.e. 0800, 0870, 0845.
When a caller to your business phones one of these configured numbers, the system recognises the location of the caller and directs the call to the nearest office.
Calls can also be diverted by time of day i.e. 9AM - 3PM calls diverted to London Branch, 3PM - 9AM calls diverted to Warrington Branch

Connection £3.00 per branch (minimum charge £60.00).
Service charge £2.50 per branch/month.
Call charges will depend on the type of Non-Geographic number used ie. freephone, local or national rate.
